• Usage Data: Logs of credit usage (post counts) to manage your billing cycle.

We do not collect unnecessary personal data, nor do we track your activity across the web for advertising purposes.

Your data is used solely to power the specific features of Agella:

• To Run the "Content Factory": Sending your inputs to our AI models to generate ideas, posts, and images.

• To Manage Your Session: Saving your progress during the "Sticky Onboarding" process so you don't lose work if you reload.

• Google Vertex AI (Gemini & Imagen) – The core intelligence for text and image generation. (Note: We use enterprise endpoints where available to protect your data privacy).

• Stripe – For secure payment processing. We never see or store your full credit card number.

These providers process data solely on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.

• Essential Storage: We use local storage and session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your place in the onboarding wizard ("Sticky State").

• Profile Management: You can delete specific Brand Profiles (and their associated data) directly from your dashboard.
• Account Deletion: You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support.

📅 Data Retention

We retain your generated content and strategic inputs for as long as your account is active to ensure your "Voice Match" improves over time. If you delete your account, this data is removed from our active databases.

👶 Children's Privacy

Agella is a professional business tool intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

🌍 Data Location

Our infrastructure is built on Google Cloud Platform, with primary data storage located in secure data centers in the United States.
